Best VoIP headset?
 

I just got VoIP and I am looking to get a great, versatile headset.
I HATE foam touching my ears. I hate wires that restrict movement. I hate 'headbands'.
I'd like to enhance speaker/mic performance when sitting at my laptop but have an option so I can cook, clean, etc... while on a conference call.
Anyone have a set-up that they would recommend?

Not a headset, but DH bought a Lyknsys portable phone that we use with Skype. It allows me to talk anywhere in the house.
