Best Time of Day for Helicopter Tour
 

We'd like to do a helicopter tour of Kauai and are trying to gauge which time of day would be best. I'm worried that in morning with so much water around it would be foggy and overcast like it is on our East Coast beaches (they offer 8:30a or 10:30a or 1;30p on the day we'd like to go). I'd hate to do it in the middle of the day, then we wouldn't have time to drive to Na'Pali or Hanalei Bay on that day. Any suggestions? Thx
