Best time for Grand Canyon,Bryce,Zion?
We're retired, so no constraints as to the time of year.
Don't want snow, see more than enuf.
Don't want too hot, wife doesn't like high humidity or >88 degrees.
Late May, or early June?
Early Sept, or late Sept.?

Bryce Canyon can have snow any month of the year. You'd probably want to avoid early May to make sure it's almost all melted and in case a late season storm hits.
Of the other 3 options, I think they're fairly similar in terms of temps. Humidity isn't going to be a big deal, probably early September would be most likely to have some humidity if the monsoons are still going.
I'd choose late September. Best combination of decent temps at all 3 parks, little chance of snow or humidity, and likely the least crowded of your choices. I would avoid late May/early June just because it's the start of the summer travel season and the parks will be starting to fill up.
