Best thing you ate in Vegas

Where can we find the absolute best buffet brunch? Anyone been to Twist? We love seafood, steak, tapas, vegetables, open to all really and have no dietary restrictions.

No hotel reservations yet but considering the Palazzo, SLS, Wynn, Encore, Bellagio hotels if you have advice on location and ease keeping the heat in mind. Which do you think has better spa facilities might do a couples massage. Any show recommendations?

Thank you!

For tapas, we absolutely love Firefly:

It's not on the Strip and a lot of locals go there.

You didn't mention any budget/price range, but for a romantic/special occasion meal, try the Eiffel Tower restaurant in the Paris Hotel:

Had an excellent steak dinner at Delmonico’s in the Venetian, one of Emeril’s restaurants. Planning on breakfast at the iconic Peppermill next visit and dinner at the classic Hugo’s Cellar, both old school type places (you can probably guess my age haha).

The buffet at the Bellagio is supposed to be spectacular so we may consider it as well.

For something different consider an afternoon tea in the Tea Lounge at the Mandarin Oriental. A 'proper English tea' kicked up several notches, Quite posh, killer views,

Dinner at Lotus of Siam. Tamarind beef. Are dinner there twice during a 5 night stay. We did not go to restaurants on the Strip. Why when there is such great food for a lot less cash elsewhere??

For breakfast: Babystacks Cafe. My son used to live in Vegas and we'd go there every visit at least once.

We had an excellent dinner at Twist last October. My husband had the regular tasting and I had the vegetarian tasting. Service was flawless. We're thinking of stopping in Vegas on our way home from a road trip this December just to dine there again (and we otherwise hate Vegas)!

It's not a buffet brunch, but we love the breakfasts at Mon Ami Gabi. When traveling through LV, it is a "must" stop for us.
