Best snorkeling on Big Island

Where are the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island in February?

The best snorkling spots on the Big Island are:
WEST SIDE:
1. Kealakekua Bay at the base of the monument(Cpt. Cook)accessable by foot (long & hot), snorkle tour boat or kayak (our family's preference);
2. Kahalu'u Beach Park, south on Ali'i Drive. You can walk into the water and there is gear available for rent at this beach park, along with food to buy and bathrooms; and
3. "Two Steps" on the lava bench just outside the entrance to Pu'uhonua O Honaunau or "Place of Refuge" National Historical Park. Easy entrance here from the lava shelf.
EAST SIDE:
The Kapoho lagoons in the Puna District about 8 miles from Pahoa.

Ditto for Kealakekua Bay at the base of the Capt. Cook monument. We rented a kayak from Kona Boys, I'm very average when it comes to fitness and it's not difficult.

We also had great snorkeling at Hapuna Beach in front of the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on the Kohala Coast. A nice variety of fish and several sea turtles, which was wonderful.
