Heading over to see my brother tomorrow (10/14) night, and want to take him to the <b><font color="green">BEST</font></b> (meaning great food :-) ) restaurant in Saratoga Springs.

Just great food - atmosphere is not important. Beautiful sauces, perfectly cooked meats &amp; fish...

Thanks dbenya - I've been to Hatties before and thought it was good. We ended up not even having time for dinner last night (and how sad is that!), but I go over quite frequently, so the info on Chez Sophie is appreciated for the next trip!
