Hello from Northwest Montana.
Take highway 26 out of Jackson
into Idaho, pick up Interstate 15 north in Idaho
to Butte Montana where you will intersect with Interstate 90. Take 90 west to Missoula montana. In Missoula pick up Highway 93 north to Kalispell.
Highway 93 is a 2 lane road with high tourist traffic and high speeds. Drive cautiosly on this road!!
Have a great trip

That's a good estimate. Interstates out here are 75 mph speed limit so you can move right along. Don't know about Idaho but Montana has a seat belt law and you WILL get stopped if a trooper sees you without your belt buckled.
Highway 93 from Missoula is slow going with heavy motor home traffic and the like but a beautifull drive.
Enjoy Northwest Montana The LAST best place!!!
