Best restaurant in Park City, Utah
I'll be celebrating my birthday during a ski trip to Park City, and would like to go out for a special dinner. What would you recommend for wonderful food and lovely atmosphere? Any cuisine is fine, and, for this one evening, price isn't a concern.

We really liked Cafe Terigo.

The Blue Boar Inn isn't in Park City, but nearby in Midway - a 20 minute drive. I love the food and the atmosphere is wonderful. http://www.theblueboarinn.com/dining/index.html
The Glitretind restaurant at Stein Eriksen always gets good reviews - http://www.steinlodge.com/dining/glitretind.php |
The menu at Cafe Terigo looks great--thanks for that recommendation.
I should have mentioned that we're staying on Main St, but we won't have a car--so we'd really like someplace in DT Park City. |
Hi Abram,
The very best: Glitretind at Stein's (you can take a free shuttle from the transportation center just off Main St. on Swede's Alley) Grappa - at the top of Main St. 350 Main, Blind Dog, Chez Betty, are also very good, not quite as good. Reservations required. Happy Birthday! |
Thanks for all your help. We'll be using the shuttle to get to skiing during the day, and really like a walk in the evening.

Abram,
If you are staying anywhere but at the Silver Lake area of Deer Valley, you will need to shuttle to Stein's. It's a LONG, STEEP hike up there from anywhere else. Lots of people bike that road in the summer for their workouts. |
Actually, I was suggesting that we prefer a restaurant near Main Street, so we can easily walk. I wouldn't walk to DV for dinner.
