Best Places to Stay in Jersey Shore
 

Hello, I am planning a visit to the Jersey Shore with my husband and daughter; I am thinking the Wildwoods. Can anyone give me information about really good places to stay? Thanks a lot!

If you're talking about NJ, there are no really good places to stay. If you like Canadians, stay in the Wildwood area--they love it there. I would recommend Long Beach Island for a better, not great stay at the shore.

Pippy is another Jersey shore basher--I guess he prefers getting mowed down by Lizzie Grubman in the Hamptons. Nevertheless, I'd recommend Cape May, Ocean City, Long Beach Island, all lovely with lots of lodging options. Towns like Ventnor, Margate, Longport, Stone Harbor and Avalon are also great but have fewer places to stay.

We return to Ocean City every year that we visit my family in the East. I hear Cape May is great. I personally do not like Wildwood Boardwalk-too rough and routy. Ocean City is more family like

Seapointe Village, Wildwood Crest. The best of the Jersey Shore.

First offf, Shoretime I am a woman. Secondly, I don't like the Hamptons either.If and when I take a beach vacation it's the Caribbean or nothing at all. Hmph!

Definately Long Beach Island!!!
