So did I, until I had to file a claim over a cancelled trip. I filed it at the end of October. They asked me for some documentation THREE different times, and also made me prove the ages of my group, which wasn't related to the claim. I finally got a check last week, but it is less than the claim with no explanation. I am still waiting for them to give an explanation of the rest of the $$.

Next time I plan to look elsewhere.

I would also be interested in people's experiences with different travel insurance companies. We are planning on a - gasp - tour of China in September (first time to take a tour) and because of some recent health developments of family members have decided to purchase travel insurance - so far I have looked at Travelguard and CSA (leaning towards CSA).

Any advice would be appreciated.
