Are you talking about a specific city or these hotel chains in general??? You'll get a much better response if you repost with a better "title" -- like which of these hotels in DC (or whatever city . .. )

Contrary to Julie's thinking, most experienced travelers would know that Kathy is talking about downtown Atlanta hotels. Having only stayed at two of the three (the Hyatt and Westin)I can't compare them to the Omni but I would choose the westin for its views, proximity to Marta, and the revolving restaurant.

Chuck, contrary to your thinking, experienced travelers would not know what Kathy was referring to with a post entitled "best of the three".

Now.now what's all the fuss? Kathy probably indicated Ga on the title but in my experience sometimes that doesn't work. As soon as I read her delightful post, I knew it was Atlanta -where else is everything Peachtree? In the South, we are slow to anger -perhaps that is the genteel response. You'll come ya hear.

DUH, Diane you mean you aren't a mind reader and couldn't see through the title. My point was not that the title isn't ambiguous (which it obviously is) my point was that once you open the post there is no need to tell the poster to change the title. I'm sure enough people will open the post without a specific reference to answer her question as indicated by the fact that there are three people already responding. I know personally I open most posts and how many times have we seen other ambiguos posts titled HELP etc.. So lighten up.

Kathy, if you want pampering, there are two Ritz Carlton hotels in Atlanta; both are five-star properties. The Buckhead Ritz-Carlton has one of the best restaurants in Georgia. <BR>

The three hotels you mention are primarily convention hotels. If you need to stay downtown and money is no object, then the Ritz Carlton is your best bet. If you would like to stay near the Arts Center(High Museum complex) go for the very elegant Four Seasons. If you want to do mostly shopping then try either the Ritz Carlton Buckhead or the Swisshotel.
