Best Marriott on Beach in Florida?
 

I have a free week coming at any Marriott, and am looking for the best Florida property. Preferably warm water, nice beach, and child friendly.

If the construction is done - I would go to the Marco Island Marriott. We were there in the middle of construction and still loved it - but with kids, you'd want the pool completed, etc. It might be done now. Great location, gorgeous beach, and it looked like the new pool was going to be very neat.

If you want east coast, the one in Delray Beach is supposed to be beautiful & is right downtown with lots of other restaurants in walking distance. Also the one in Ft Lauderdale has gotten good reviews here. You might try doing a text search of Marriott AND Florida.

Marriott's Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale is one of the most beautiful properties and beaches I've ever experienced.

Marriot Harbor Beach gets my vote as well. I stayed in the hotel one night, but we had friends that were members of the "beach club" and I remember frequently going as a kid. There is a great pool, a boardwalk to the beach, your usuall fast food resturaunt food right on the pool deck, and some hot tubs. I also remember having some good times in the kids club.
