Best luau in Maui?

Anyone know who has the best luau in Maui over on the Lahaina side?

All the guidebooks say Old Lahaina Luau is the best, they appeared in the Macy Thanksgiving day parade. We enjoyed it.

Having lived in Hawaii for three years (and being the Entertainment Editor of a small newspaper at the time), I went to at least 15 luaus and Old Lahaina Luau gets my vote for the best one in all of Hawaii.

I have not been to The Old Lahaina Luau but we just had our 30th anniversary at The Feast at LeLe in July. It was fabulous!!! It costs about $20 more a person but it is worth every penny. We got all our drinks included, we got leis, & we had food from Hawaii, Tahiti, Tonga & Samoa. The entertainment was awesome. When I asked our "concierge" about it, he said it was "the best of the best". He has lived there 20 years. We loved it & have fabulous pics to prove it. <BR> Michelle

I attended the Old Lahaina Luau in july of this year and it exceeded my expectations. The setting and grounds are immaculate and very traditional. The drinks are made for quality alcohol and the waiters are very nice. The food was hot and very tasty. I could not believe how quickly everyone was able to get their food. It was very well organized. They even offered us seconds. I would suggest the mat seating. It is very traditional and you are right next to the stage, great photo ops. I enjoyed chatting with the two couples and their children seated at the same table. The Entertainment was top notch. Very trantional dancing and hula. No circus WWF type craziness. I hope this helps.
