Hello,
One of the best brunches we've ever had was at Commander's Palace. Request to be seated at one of the rooms upstairs, as the downstairs is one big dining room. The decor is wonderful, and the live jazz band really adds a great touch.
Afterwards, you can request a tour of the place, which includes an interesting history and takes you into the kitchen area as well (well, in terms of seeing it from the outside, looking in at the chefs.) A real wonderful experience overall.
