Best INEXPENSIVE Beach Vacation in February?

Hello,

My sister-in-law and her husband have asked me to research a vacation for them.

They are interested in an INEXPENSIVE beach vacation in February. They are in there late 40s/early 50s and have not traveled extensively. Something easy, relaxing and not TOO adventurous would be the best...all-inclusive or a package deal of some sort.

Which destinations or travel websites for deals would you suggest? I was thinking Jamaica, the Bahamas, even the Riviera Maya (but I have heard that it is still not up to par since the hurricanes)?

I would appreciate any advice.

Thank you.

Don't know where they're flying out of, but yesterday when I was checking the same kind of beach vacation in Feb for my son and GF, I found flights on Jet Blue for $90 each way to Nassau. If Jet Blue flies near them, I'd check that out.

I'd pick up the lastest issue of the magazine Budget Travel. They have "40 Best" feature which suggests many cheap package deals to Mexico, the Caribbean, etc.

They would most likely be flying out of Chicago.
