best hotels central to disney, universal and sea world

We're looking to stay someplace somewhat central to these places since we plan to visit all of them in a weeks time. Any suggestions on the best ones that are around $150 or so a night? We've only done the Disney resorts in the past, but thought we'd try something off base this time. Thank you.

None are good for both locations.

My suggestion is to stay onsite at Disney on the days you are visiting Disney and stay onsite at Universal the days you are visiting Universal.

I agree with GoTravel.

We stayed in one location (near Disneyland) on our last trip but also visited Universal Studios, Hollywood, the LaBrea Tar Pits and the Getty Museum. We became way too familiar with the LA freeways (and traffic) and wished we had split up our hotels to two different locations.

Have a good trip!

Go with GoTravel's advice and stay at Disney, then Universal. No hotel is centrally located to everything to make the commute to each park worth it.

I also sgree with GoTravel and the others. Do Disney and then Universal. We always do Disney first and then move over to Universal - perfect.
