Best Hotel swiming pools either Kaui or Maui, for teens
Help! trying to find the best waterslides/ cool pools that our teenagers might enjoy for a few days of splurge vacation. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Go for the Hyatt on Kauai. The pool is
terrific with a water slide and long
winding river pool that is really fun.
My son loved this place. It is also a
wonderful hotel with all of the luxuries
you will want on a splurge vacation.
You may also want to look at the Grand
Wailea on Maui - but I find that place
to be too "Disney" like. Not Hawaiian.
It's crazy with kids.

I have been to both the Hyatt on Kauai and the Grand Wailea on Maui with 2 boys, one of which was a teenager on both trips. His vote is definitely the Grand Wailea for the pool. As far as beaches in Hawaii go, both sons vote for Hapuna Beach on the big island. They didn't even go in the pool there because the beach was so good.
