Best Hotel
 

Planning a trip to Philadelphia to work on my bucket list of all 50 states. Need to drive to Delaware and New Jersey while there. Looking for a really nice hotel but not 5 star. Thanks so much. Going in October. Also will we see any fall foliage? Any drives we should take. Will definitely do a historic tour of city.

I Like Sofitel near Rittenhouse.Square.

I liked Independent Hotel. Good location, affordable, nontraditional but lovely and comfortable. I do not know (and rather doubt) that they have parking, though.

I enjoyed out stay at The Alexander Inn. It is a nice location. Comfortable. Rooms are on the small side but sufficient. Parking is at a nearby garage. Worked perfect for us.

Budget?

thank you all for the suggestions. Was hoping for more. Rittenhouse seems like a nice area. No more than $200.00 a night including taxes. We will have a car. Thanks again
