Best Dim Sum in NYC?

Recommendations for the best dim sum in Manhattan would be appreciated. Looks of the place not important - food quality and cleanliness are.

Joe's Shanghai branch in queens or chinatown in Manhattan - best soup dumplings. Food is terrific

The Silver Palace in Chinatown has great dim sum at very reasonable prices.

The food at Jian Fong (entrance is on Elizabeth St.) is pretty good. I've been there for dim sum and for dinner and the food is always delicious.

As the above post mentions, Joe's (on Pell. St) is excellent as well. The food at Silver Palace is decent, but there are usually a bunch of striking workers outside and they can get pretty nasty.
