Best Day Trip to Lanai from Maui
 

Looking to take the family to Lanai for a day on our 2 week trip to Maui this summer. Traveling with 2 little ones (8 and 3) but hearty souls who have spent whole days on various excursions during cruises over the past year. Looking for the most interesting and fun day trip to Lanai. Is it Paragon? Trilogy? Something else? just take the Ferry? Mahalo in advance

Anyone out there have any thoughts on this?

My wife and I did the trip a few years ago, with Trilogy, and it was excellent. The crew were great. No complaints whatever. First week of April, we saw whales and spinner dolphins on the way over, and back, snorkeled and hiked on Manele Bay while there, and took a little van tour up to Lanai City. The price might seem a bit steep, but this is a real combination trip with several activities, a couple of meals, and was one of the highlights of our trip. Go for it!

I also did the Trilogy when I was there on my honeymoon. We were there in October. It was a great time! No complaints! It was a lot of fun and the crew was fantastic! Have a great time!

Thanks for your responses! We were leaning in this direction and just waiting to hear one good word about it. Hearing two makes it double good.
