Best Culinary Tour in Charleston?

Do you have a favorite company to use for a culinary tour? We are staying on East Bay Street near Market. Any must try new restaurants or favorite happy hour places? Will be visiting mid week in early October.

Hi iceeu2!
I like the Charleston Culinary Tours, especially their Upper King Street tour. I've taken the tour a few times as well as their Downtown tour which is also very good. They're well run and jam-packed with info, especially in what's new and what's happening on Upper King these days. You sample enough food to make a meal. Maybe take one of the tours early on in your visit and ask what they would recommend since they're up on all the latest.

FIG is hands down my favorite place to eat in Charleston. I also like Magnolia and for more casual southern food, Hominy Grill.

Hi sweetie; thought of you in April when we returned to Kauai!

Want to second Janet's recommendation for Magnolia. Seems you can't go wrong eating in Charleston.

Try Charleston Culinay, they are by far the best we've tried.
