Best Cruise to Consider?

Cruising, I never tried this before and I think it's about time to try something new! I'll be traveling alone this time and what I have in mind is to try the possible cruise first quarter next year. I'm asking for opinions, any suggestions, advices in my next travel journey. Also, what are the things I must consider when cruising especially this is my first time and will do it alone.

Thanks in advance everyone!

suggest you log onto www.cruisecritic.com. There is a plethora of information there. NCL has studio cabins on their newer ships (Breakaway, Epic & Getaway)which might fit your need.
Most line charge up to double since 1 person is occupying a cabin for two.

Where? As already pointed out, for a single traveler this is usually a very expensive way to travel. Also, you have limited time in port, and you will share that port with thousands of fellow cruisers (unless you take a much more expensive small ship, in which case it will hundreds). I am saving cruising for when I am too decrepit to do anything else, although I would consider a repositioning cruise as a way to get to Europe.

Thanks for the advice guys! Well, really need to plan this well and yes, need to make sure that my budget is good for it.

You could go someplace like Greece, where you could travel on take ferries, to visit or stay on a couple of islands. You'd have to look at monthly ferry schedules, because they don't run all year round. I'm dying to do that myself!

You have TWO threads going about this same subject and why you do I have no idea.

Hi Dukey1! Traveling is fun and I'm glad people here are humble enough to share all their ideas about traveling, and willing to help me with my problem. My two threads, although have the same subject but tackled different issues I think. I just want to get more advices from good people here, more specific answers so I can come up with a better solution. Well, Let's all be happy! Thanks!
