best biscuits in Atlanta?

I'm going to be in Atlanta for a couple of days. Where can I find great biscuits for breakfast? We are staying in Virginia Highland and we'll have a car. Thanks in advance!

In a pinch, hit Bojangles.

The Flying Biscuit in the Candler Park neighborhood.

Absolutely The Flying Bisquit!! Even better than the bisquits, go next door to their bakery and get one of their peach muffins - to die for!

Flying Biscuit -

The original location is in Candler Park. Love it, just love it.

You may want to check out the Midtown location at 10th and Piedmont.

Yum!

The Flying Biscuit, obviously! Either the original Candler Park or the Midtown location, but both are hugely popular, so expect a long wait.

If you're too impatient to wait an hour or two, try the Silver Skillet on 14th St. or Java Jive on Ponce de leon ave.

Thanks for all the great responses! Java Jive looks great and it's right near our B&B, so we might check that out first.
