I live in Memphis, and you should definitely go with either the Rendezvous or Interstate BBQ. Corky's would be one of the last places I would go for BBQ here.

I always hope when I fly Northwest I'll have a layover in Memphis so I can get a Corky's pulled pork sandwich at the airport!

Corky's? Never!! Go to the Cozy Corner in Memphis on Manassas St. Wonderful food and the family that owns it (the Robinsons) are terrific.

I've lived in Memphis for 22 years and Corky's is not the best. It's a chain! The Rendevous is good for Ribs and beer yummm. I'm headed there for dinner tonight! :)

The original poster of this was going to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Bennett's, Corky's and Calhouns were her only choices.
