Bellagio room rate help!!
 

hi,<BR>the best rate i can get is $159 in early august (monday to thursday). where are you guys getting better deals from? <BR><BR>also, i'm renting a car, are there any good beaches or scenic drives within a day trip?<BR><BR>any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!<BR>

There is plenty of beach within and easy drive from the Bellagio. Finding the Ocean is going to be the problem!

Call the hotel and ask for the summer special you received by mail at $99 M-Th.<BR>Only "beaches" are at Lake Mead, which is an easy drive.<BR>Do recall that Las Vegas is in the middle of the desert....a rather large one.

Mention that you got a emailed special for Sun-Thurs (May thru Aug) for lakeview $129.00, there are rumors that there may be lower rates but I'm just not sure. Good luck..If you find a lower rate please let us know.

Suggest you stay at Mandalay Bay -- they have a manmade in-house beach. Stay away from the "beaches" at Lake Mead -- miserably hot, muddy, and just not any fun.
