Bellagio - Monte Carlo tram?

Can anyone tell me if the free tram that used to run between Bellagio and the Monte Carlo hotels in Las Vegas is running again? I know it was shut down due to construction at Bellagio and I'm wondering if that shut down was permanent or if the tram is back.

Thanks!

My husband just got back from the MC last night and the tram is still out of commission.

Why would you want a tram, they are next door to each other?

I agree with the last poster...I fell for the "free tram"...had to walk further too/from the tram than if I just walked on the strip....

For those who don't know, the tram between Bellagio and Monte Carlo is very useful--especially to those staying at one of these properties. Also, in Las Vegas it is also often more desirable to travel via air conditioned tram that to walk on steamy, crowded sidewalks.
