What's the best restaurant at the Bellagio for viewing the fountain?

We walked past Olives and we checked out that you could see the fountains from there. Could not get ressies though. Judy

Olives is good at lunch time if you can sit outside. It is also good at night.
Circo & Prime.

Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris also has a view.

The outdoor patio of Mon Ami Gabi has a wonderful view of the fountains & the food is outstanding. Go to Fodors Rants & Raves (on Las Vegas restaurants) web page to see what folks think of the place. It is the place to be on a warm evening feasting on rack of lamb, drinking good wine, & having the best view in town of the fountains. It's on our list every time we go to Las Vegas.
