Check out this website and see what you think.
http://www.quebecweb.com/BandBMesnil/

I stayed with Renee Thibault, the owner, when the
business was located north of town.

My guess is that the new place is even better.

Renee speaks enough English to be very helpful.
The breakfast was tremendous -- more than enough and very good quality. I would stay at her establishment again were I returning.

Thanks Bob! Anyone else with a charming Inn recommendation in Old Town?

We just made reservations at a small hotel called hotel Le Priori-but we found it on a site called inns.com which lists a bunch of b&bs. Friends are staying at a place called Hotel Manoir d'Auteuil (16 rooms-old ramparts, etc.) This site dscribes a lot a places and after doing further research theere sources look really great-there is a b&b called Manoir "mon clme" b&b with 5 rooms that also sounds nice

hope this helps
