Bed and Breakfast
We will be stopping in Oahu for one night next February on our way to the Big Island (we arrive too late to fly over the same day) and are looking for a good B&B for the night. We have been to Oahu many times, but usually stayed in the city. We thought we should try something different this time. We would love one on a beach. Any ideas?

Sandinmytoes, here's a link to cottages, etc., on Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach, and Waimanalo, if you're looking to get out of the city for the night. Would that be convenient to go out of the city just for the night (especially arriving late), just to come back in the next day to fly to Big Island? Would you actually have any time to enjoy your stopover on the beach in Oahu? Good luck with your planning........

Thanks for the reply, bonniebroad, but missed the link to the cottages! We aren't flying out until 4pm the next day, so it would probably be enough time.

Got the link--thanks!

Sand, one thing to remember is that many B&B's require a 3-night minimum, especially in February (high-season.) So I don't know how much luck you will have with booking a good one then....... for just one night.

Thanks for the point about the 3 night stay; should have thought of that. I checked the link and was sent to the New Otani Hotel--was that your intention?

No, sorry, Sand! Let me try again! BRB

sandinmytoes it seems that you've posted 2 identical questions, and I answered you on the OTHER thread (Oahu bed and breakfast, or something like that).
