Bears and Wolves - Chances of seeing them

We're going to be staying 22 miles south of West Yellowstone from April 18 to 26. The weather.com forecast shows snow showers for almost every day we are there. Does anyone have any idea what the chances are of us seeing bears, wolves or both in this time frame? I was told by a friend who have been there several times that the chances were zero - but I hate to believe that.

Sarge, why go all the way to Yellowstone for wild animal life? On Tuesday, a 5 foot 150 lb. cougar was shot & killed in an urban residentail neighborhood in Chicago!

And in Chicago you can also see Bears in the fall, and perhaps some Timberwolves if they are visiting the Bulls.

You don;t have to go to Yellowstone - you can see bears almost any day in suburban New jersey. (Not wolves though.)

The chances of seeing a bear, wolf or both are never very high, doesn't matter what the weather is. Certainly not zero, but probably close to that.
