Beach Gear Rentals at Oval and Saugatuck Beaches

Does any one know if Oval and/or Saugatuck Beach in Michigan have places you can rent umbrellas and other beach gear?

Oval beach has rentals - not sure about Saugatuck beach. I believe the hut is down at the far end of the parking lot - close to the private beach.
