BC and Washington itinerary

Hi, We are planning a 7-9 day trip for mid May, beginning with picking up a car in Seattle Our tentative itinerary is as follows: One day each in North Vancouver, Whistler, Hope, Penticton or Osoyoos, Omak or Okanogon, WA, back to Seattle via Route 20. We have another 2-4 days that we could spend on the road. Any suggestions on how best to do this? We enjoy sightseeing by car or on foot, hiking and touring wineries. We have been to Vancouver before and prefer to spend time in new places. Would it be worthwhile and not too much or a rush to add Revelsoke or Wells Gray to this itinerary? Would you recommend we stay in Osoyoos or Penticton, for better scenery and good wineries? Thanks for your help.
