No one has answered probably because you are looking for an impossibility. B&Bs in that area mostly run $200 to $350 per night

Actually, not at all an impossibility. I found the Abalone Inn in Point Reyes Station with 3 rooms for $150 and under, but I thought I would try for some personal recommendations if there were any to be had. I am also considering the Marsh Cottage for only a bit more at $165/night.

My parents stayed at Marsh cottage and liked it. It might be tight for 3. Maybe someone else can comment on it or other places.
