Sorry, but that's a load of bat guano that the bat somehow transferred rabies via a fly-by. I handled bats, crawled in caves and even had the unfortunate incident of getting a mouthful of bat guano in my mouth and never had to get a rabies shot for that.
The bat flight in Austin is a sight to see and quite beautiful. Migration begins in October and into November. You can call the Bat Hotline at 512-416-5700, Ext. 3636 when you're there for info.
