Baltimore to Atlantic City
 
Does anyone know how long it would take to drive from Baltimore to Atlantic City?
Also...What is the average temp. in Atlantic City in mid to late April?

Just got back from a weekend trip to ACY. I live 45 minutes south of BWI and it took us roughly 3 1/2 hours to get to ACY. Plan on weather being the same as Ocean City, MD.

After you cross the Delaware Memorial Bridge, you can either take US40 straight to AC, or you can take I-295 N, and then the AC Expressway. The latter route is longer and you have to pay toll, but should be faster. US40 is 2-lanes only, and you have to go through a lot of towns.

I've done this drive multiple times...you should absolutely take route 40--despite the two lane portions, it's more direct and more scenic (you'll see agricultural parts of NJ you never knew existed). Plenty of opportunities to pass slower vehicles.
