massagediva-- that was exactly our feeling going in. But it was really my desire to sit at the water that made the decision. And after our lovely inland dinner at the charming little Brass Elephant, we were ready for a change of style.
Like I said, the atmosphere and quality of food and service, combined with the unbeatable view, all made us happy we'd gone there. It reminded us of a Chart House we used to go to near Malibu. Living in a land-locked state, I must see water when I can! Not to mention that feeding a family of four gets pricey at many other 'nicer' places-- on top of all other travel expenses, and stocking up at Target for our student's needs. Parking was provided, too, at the Rusty Scupper, which made it a breeze. Anyway, it was a nice family dinner after all. |
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
