Balboa Park and San Diego zoo
 

If I got to the San Diego zoo can I leave my car parked at the zoo and get to Balboa Park?

Yes, the zoo is in Balboa Park.

We enjoyed the zoo, but liked Wild Animal park better. Both are excellent. Balboa Park is huge, covers lots a lots of ground. The zoo is part of it along with museums, etc.

Real americans don't walk when they can drive. There's plenty of parking at Balboa Park where the museums are, as well as at the Zoo.

The park is great, don't miss the museums, the place is totally worth the visit and not just for the Zoo, it's a great place to walk around.
