B&Bs and small inns in Manhattan

When we come to Manhattan in June, we'd like to stay at a B&B or a smaller inn/hotel. 2 rooms w/bathrooms within, 4 nights, $250ish per night. Any ideas? Thank you.

The Gracie Inn on East 81st (I think) is just fine; not at all fancy but it includes breakfast (delivered), price is right.

I assume you mean $250 per room - not for both rooms. The later is very unlikely at anyplace you would be willing to stay.

You could have a look at tripadvisor.com for other options - since Manhattan specializes in mid and large hotels - with a few boutique and B&Bs.

The Union Square Inn might fit your needs, as might the Chelsea Inn. Both are more downtown and out of the tourist rat race. Both are less than $250 per night. I also love the Larchmont, but the rooms there have shared baths. Abingdon Guest House, while more upscale than these places, does have a few rooms in your price range.

I did mean $250 per room. Thanks for the ideas.
