We will be in Austin from Tuesday to Friday AM. Looking for music. Where do we go?

Sorry. Not this Tuesday to Friday, but Easter Week (April 13-16).

I think it depends on what kind of music you want. I know some people get tired of the 6th street scene, but it truly gives you a variey of music. Some popular places are Stubbs, The Backyard, Austin Music Hall, La Zona Rosa, Speakeasy. I would suggest logging onto citysearch.com to find some local favorites. When you get to town most convenience stores have a free Austin Chronicle and that gives you a good rundown of what is going on. Have fun.

I also forgot one local legend for blues is Antone's.

When you are first in town pick up a free copy of the Chronicle (they are all over town) or check their website.
