Artist House in Key West
 

Does anyone have any information about the Artist House accomodations in Key West? I would appreciate feedback on this establishment from people who have stayed there or heard any comments on it. <BR> <BR>Thanks

Suggest you do a search on Artist House ... there are several Key West reports that discuss this place, plus many others. Perhaps you have already done so, and wnat more information. Have you also accessed their website?

K, <BR> <BR>Did a search on the Artist House in KW and did not find any reports on it, just people asking about it. So once again if anyone who inquired about it, ended up staying there I would appreciate hearing from you. <BR> <BR>thanks again

<BR>try just Key west in the search...I think people get tired answering the same q&a`s all the time..I always try a search before and questions..and try to run differents searches...

If you will read my previous post you will see I did try a search first using both Key West and Artist House. So if anyone has been there and can tell me what it's like I sure would appreciate it. If not, then just disregard this post.

I'm not sure you are doing right,but I think K was trying to tell you that. Regardless if you haven't, I have never stayed their but, on the Frommers "AOL" travel forum message board, Independent Traveler, Concierge & several others forums there has never been any bad reviews. My husband and I stayed there about a year ago. It was very nice and the owner was even nicer! He served fresh fruit, juices, bagels(quick breakfasty stuff) every morning. He has a cat that likes to roam around in the rooms (only when you're there so if you're allergic to cats beware). We stayed in the Anne Suite. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. There is also a pool of sorts outside...but it has jets like a jacuzzi. It's a short distance from all the Duval action. I think the only time we took a cab was when we went to Higgs(?) Beach. The house is also supposedly haunted..so you might even see a few tours stopping in front of the house.
