Arizona Vacation with kids - where to stay?

We are 2 couples with 4 kids ages 18mo-5yo who are looking for some R&R this November. We've always wanted to go to Arizona...Can anyone recommend a nice resort to stay in that would be kid friendly (kids club is highly preferred) but also pampering to adults?
Thank you,
Anna

My wife had a nice time with my children last year at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak. (I stayed once for a conference at their sister property Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs.)

Both properties are all suites and the Squaw Peak location has mini-water park.

I think the Arizona Grand Resort is very kid friendly. the Pointe properties are great in the summer but maybe not as much in November. Westin Kierland has a kids club and also a spa, health club etc. Walking distance to the Kierland shoppinng center with lots of restaurants and shopping. The Hyatt at Gainey also has a number of great pools and probably a kids club. Nice spa.

Look at Westin La Paloma, Loew's Ventana Canyon and Marriott Starr Pass in Tucson.

I would second the Arizona Grand or Pointe Hilton, both very kid friendly. Wherever you stay you can be sure it will be gorgeous weather and there are so many outdoor things you can do with kids!
