Arizona / Utah Itinerary

Hi I would like some help planning a 1 week itinerary with a 7 and 10 year old. I am interested in the following and want to know if its feasible to do in 1 week and appropriate for children:
Sedona, Grand Canyon, Rafting on colorado river, Bryce, Zion and Antelope Parks. Thanks!

That's one day in each place, which is a bit much. I would forego rafting and save that for another trip. Do you mean Antelope Canyon?? Bryce, Zion and the Grand Canyon--just those 3 alone could certainly fill a week. Are you driving from Phoenix or Las Vegas?

I could drive from either. If I start in Sedona I could fly into Phoenix.
I don't want to jam too much in that we spend too much time in the car and not enough time enjoying each spot.

Ok looking at the map I see everything is too far from each other. I could do Sedona-Grand Canyon-Zion OR should I do a Zion-Bryce-Antelope Canyon-?N grand canyon trip
The pics of antelope canyon look amazing
Keep in mind my 7 and 10 year old!

You can click on my user name and see my trip reports on taking kids to Zion and Bryce (different trips in different years). I think the Grand Canyon is truly one of the most amazing sights ever. So I would opt for that over Antelope. I am taking my kids to Antelope next month. I still have to get them to the Grand Canyon--but doing the drive solo with the 2 kids to GC from Salt Lake City is not something I have yet mustered up the courage to do. I have to find a time when my husband can go too!! I have been to the Grand Canyon many times and I never tire of it.
