Are the mountain-view rooms at the Four Seasons Maui noisy?

Hi! I'm planning my honeymoon --thanks to everyone who answered my lava questions--and while I've seen some posts about the FS Maui mountain-view rooms, i couldn't find any that addressed the noise factor. So, does anyone know if that road is noisy, or is the parking lot is noisy? Also, do you think that the garden rooms are that much better? Thanks!

Have not stayed in Mountain room, they sell out quickly - major deal. Understand that the major difference is they do not upgrade any mountainviews, whereas return visitors booking a gardenview are auto upgraded. Rise early and reserve your ocean front cabana! Spend your savings on other things. Magic!

We stayed in a mountain view room on our honeymoon in March 2001. It wasn't noisey at all. It did overlook the tennis courts but I do not recall it being noisey.

We are headed back to Maui in April and tried getting into the FS but it was sold out.

We stayed in a mountain view room at the FS. It wasn't noisy, but our room's balcony overlooked a parking garage. I think there was only one time when we heard cars go by. Beyond the parking garage, you could see the mountains. But it was worth it. That room was so plush, comfortable and spotless. I can't wait to go back. And the pool, and the beach area outside of the hotel...you feel like you are travelling back in time as an aristocrat. You can just picture Victorian women in white dresses under umbrellas sipping lemondade.
