April weather

Our week long trip to Arizona will include time in Sedona, the Grand Canyon and very briefly Phoenix. What can we expect as far as weather typical for the first week in April? Time to start wardrobe planning! Thanks, all.

Last time I was there in April, it was HOT in Phoenix. Average daytime highs about mid 80s.

Thanks for the info. We'll only be in Phoenix overnight. I'm more curious about the four days we'll be in Sedona and the two or three we'll be staying in the Grand Canyon at Thunderbird Lodge right by the rim. What should we plan for daytime? Are evenings much cooler?

It's called www.weather.com

Gee, Topper, why so hostile? Weather.com doesn't give the same information as someone who lives in the area could.
