Anyone seen "The Producers"

Were thinking about buying tickets to this musical at $95/ticket. Is it worth seeing? It's playing at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles.

There was a post here a week or 2 ago that raved about it. Do a search on 'Producers AND LA' to find it.

I saw it on Broadway in New York. I got discount tickets for $60 and was happy I did not pay more. I went in with high expectations and excitement because of all the hype, and I honestly was a little dissappointed. Yes it is a fun and livley show, but I personally dont feel it is worth $95 per person. The music is not very memorable. The story is simple. If you love Mel Brooks comedy then you will enjoy.

Overall I owuld rate this musical as pretty good, not great.

Currently Martin Short and Jason Alexander are the headliners for the LA show.

I'd pay $95 to see that.

It's fabulous! I'd pay $95 in a heartbeat! I saw it on Broadway with Nathan Lane and Broderick Crawford as well. I was very pleasantly surprised that the LA version far exceeded my expectations. It is great entertainment with lots of enthusiasm and energy. There's lots of talent going at all times! It will always keep your attention. I already bought tickets to see it a 2nd time this fall.

I saw it on braodway for 100$ a ticket. I would have paid 200$ a ticket. It is just too funny!

I saw The Producers when I was in LA 2 weeks ago, we paid $75 a ticke. We were in the balcony, and I thought the seats were great. The show is hilarious, we loved every minute.
