MaiTai posted some time ago that their trip to NY was cancelled because he was hospitalized. No word since then...so we, his fans, are concerned.

Tom's wife is Tracey, not Mary. though Mary may be one of their travel companions.

I hope and pray he is OK. The world needs his sense of humor!

Hi to All,

I was cleaning out business cards and found one from maitaitom from the DC GTG a couple of years ago so I emailed him. Here is Tracy's reply:

"...let everyone know that yes he is in the hospital but working on getting better and that he will post as soon as he is able. We welcome all good thoughts :)"

Hopefully, Tom will post soon to give us all the details. Tracy didn't say what exactly is wrong but it sounds serious since he's been in the "horsepistol" for several weeks now.

I'll post what ever subsequent details Tracy shares. As you might expect, she has more to cope with than 190,000 Fodorite fans! LOL.
