Anyone know about lizards?

We live a few miles from the Cave Creek Complex wildfire in AZ- noticed a type of lizard earlier that I have never seen before. I'm assuming it was displaced because of the wildfire. It was about four inches long, pale on top and bright green o the bottom. Anyone have any idea what it is? I am trying to look it up on the web but so far haven't found it.

A frequent poster here named Muffin knows about lizards.

Could be a "Plateau Striped Whiptail "(cnemidophorus velox) or a "Common Sagebrush Lizard" (sceloporus graciosus) Both have blue bellies and live in Arizona but get a little larger, maybe you saw a juvenile. I have a mali euromatsyx desert lizard, but he's native to North Africa.
