The Seller is holding out for full price and there are other offers on the same home so we may pass it up. We will continue looking in the Pasadena area as well as Arcadia etc. I really appreciate your great responses to my posting. Part of my concern with the school district is because I feel that if a neighborhood has good schools, there will always be a demand/better resale value. I'm concerned incase we need to sell within a few years. Mary
