Anyone else having trouble posting?
 

For several days now, I've been having the same old problems off and on. I post, hit preview and the post disappears. I'm usually able to get it back by hitting the back button. But just a few minutes ago I typed a long response to the Chicago/Cooperstown thread only to have it completely disappear. So frustrating! I guess I'm going to have to get back into the habit of copying before I hit preview! :@

Ummm... can it be your computer? But then, I hardly ever hit preview, so opinionated :)

CAPH52, sometimes it moves way over the right on me like it used to awhile back, but other than that, no problems. Have you cleared out your cache and history lately? That *might* help. Good luck!

Thats happened to me a few times too. Its so frustrating after youve poured so much into a response and then: poof, its gone!!

Ive learned the lesson though and now type my responses in a Word document and copy it into Fodors (maybe like you were talking about). This way not only is it saved but its spell checked, too (which will please the spelling police)!

Thanks, guys. I don't think it's my computer as we have two and it's happening on both. And it doesn't seem to matter whether I come to Fodor's through AOL or straight from Internet Explorer. That's why I wondered if others were having the same problem.

Oh well, I'll just have to keep copying before previewing!
