Today. Fifth Avenue in front of St. Patrick's Cathedral (around 49th St.).

You've probably found out by now that the "parade" is not really an organized parade with marching bands, etc. Fifth Avenue is simply closed to traffic and people fill the streets for people watching and to show off their Easter attire if they wish.

Just to add to what Beverly said (for those who wish to do it in the future): anyone can join the parade and strut up 5th Avenue. The parade starts at Rockefeller Center and goes up to 57th Street.
